“Marc and Mikey literally made our family party dream come true. It was fun and celebratory and seemingly loose although always under control and organized. These guys have a gift of connecting with kids and adults alike, and we couldn’t have had a better experience celebrating our son’s big day. Marc even crafted and performed a rap incorporating things he learned about our son’s life that brought the house down and made us smile from ear to ear. Now that’s a personal touch, in a big way. Mikey’s a gifted master of the turntables that kept the good times going all night long. Book them, don’t delay!”

“Marc Herstein was a PLEASURE to work with. He worked so hard to be sure our daughter’s party was everything she wanted. He met with her, took her music suggestions and worked with the entire family to accommodate our needs for the evening’s program and flow. His DJ was PHENOMENAL! The dance floor was packed all night. Marc was not only responsible for the music and how it impacted the flow of the evening, but he took care of the special lights and AV needs we needed as well, and he hired dancers who blended into the party but gave us comfort that all of the kids would have enough eyes on them. We could not recommend him enough. Marc also took the time to meet the family and walk through the venue to ensure that every detail was accounted for. He thought ahead and was incredibly planful. ”

“Can’t recommend Marc highly enough! Because of him, our son Teddy had the most spectacular celebration. He and his friends stayed on the dance floor the entire night, and left wanting more. The games were perfect – nothing cheesy, all fun. The music was perfectly suited to the crowd. Marc is just SO GOOD at reading the room, and knowing exactly what partiers want and need. Ours was mainly a kids’ party, but Marc managed to get the adults on the dance floor in a seamless way that did nothing to dampen the fun or mortify our son. When it was over, Teddy kept hugging and thanking us for the “best party ever.” He arrived at school on Monday like a conquering hero, and days later is still getting props.

Everything about communication/planning/coordination was easy. Marc gave Teddy many (but not too many) choices, allowing him to feel heard and appreciated. He and Ayres were great sports about traveling to Western Massachusetts, where we live, and didn’t balk about our non-traditional — outdoor! — venue. Really a perfect situation. Wish we could do it all over again this weekend.

“All our guests said Marc and Mikey created the best atmosphere they had ever experienced at a bar mitzvah - and we agree. They knew exactly how to create the right flow (kids games during cocktail hour, then the big into, etc) so that kids and adults were able to enjoy the whole party. My son wanted an NYC theme and Marc and Mikey totally made it happen, even wearing super cool Adidas track suits. The rap they wrote for our son was amazing.
